Brief introduction of South China University of Technology:
South China University of Technology (hereinafter referred to as "South China University of Technology") is located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). It is a national key university determined by the Ministry of Education and the Guangdong Provincial People's Government. It ranks among the national "double first-class", "2 1 1 project" and "985 project".
South China University of Technology, formerly known as South China University of Technology, can be traced back to a class of industrial schools in Guangdong Province, and was established in 19 18. 1952 was formally established, based on the adjustment of colleges and universities in China, including Sun Yat-sen University Institute of Technology, South China United University Institute of Technology, Lingnan University Institute of Technology, engineering departments and majors, and Guangdong Institute of Technology.
At the 15th China Patent Awards Conference held in Beijing, South China University of Technology won the China Patent Excellence Award for three patents: Remote Control Method and System for Terminal Environmental Temperature and Cold Source Load of Central Air Conditioner, Single Longitudinal Mode Fiber Laser with Low Noise, Narrow Linewidth and High Power, and Multi-stage Drawing Manufacturing Method for Micro-grooved Tube.
According to the school official website in March 2020, since 2009, South China University of Technology has won the number of China patents, ranking first among universities in China. In 20 15 years, the patent technology transfer index ranks first among universities in China. In 20 19, the top 30 universities in national science and technology innovation ranked second.
