Ninth secondary schools and primary schools within 200 meters around the campus and residential buildings (hospitals) shall not set up Internet service business premises.
Twenty-first Internet service business units shall not accept minors to enter the business premises.
The business unit of the Internet service business premises shall hang a sign prohibiting minors from entering in a prominent position at the entrance of the business premises.
Twenty-second Internet service business premises daily business hours are limited to 8: 00 to 24: 00.
Twenty-third Internet service business units should check and register valid certificates such as ID cards of Internet consumers, and record relevant online information. The registration contents and records shall be backed up and kept for not less than 60 days, and provided when the cultural administrative department and the public security organ inquire according to law. The registered contents and records backup shall not be modified or deleted within the retention period.
Thirtieth Internet service business units in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, one of the following acts, given a warning by the administrative department of culture, and may impose a fine of 15000 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to suspend business for rectification until the network culture business license is revoked:
(a) operating outside the prescribed business hours;
(2) Accepting minors to enter the business premises;
(3) Operating non-online games;
(four) to stop the implementation of business management technical measures without authorization;
(five) the "network culture business license" or the sign of no entry for minors is not hung.
Article 37 These Regulations shall come into force as of June 5, 2002.
