As the saying goes, newborn calves are not afraid of tigers, and newly graduated college students can be described as enthusiastic about stepping out of campus and entering the society. Just like me, I was a little confused just after graduation, but my enthusiasm for work continued to rise when I entered the unit. I have been very dependent on people since I was a child. At that time, I was afraid of being a stranger in such a big city. My first job was bidding for construction units, and my job nature was basically running all over the country. When I first went to bid, it was really a bad omen for me, a road idiot. At that time, 12 didn't popularize smart phones. What impressed me the most was that when I was shopping, I met someone who gave me a record book of bus stop signs, so I used this book to write on the paper which direction to reverse and navigate in front of me. If there is a problem with the tender, it will have to be revised overnight. It is common to work overtime all night, and sometimes I have to finish every bidding work with my tired body on weekends. Many times, I took the shuttle bus to other places alone with a heavy tender, and I almost couldn't get the ticket. I couldn't wait to be long. In spring, summer, autumn and winter, I was wet by rain and snow and exposed to the hot sun, but even though I was very tired, I still didn't give up. A few years later, when I came home, my parents said that I was grown up and sensible, and I was no longer a little girl who was going to be held hands to arrange everything when I went out. Therefore, the employability of newly graduated college students is unlimited. They are no worse than the so-called old employees who have worked for several years, and the workers in each period are blooming with the light they deserve in each period.
