It is also required to submit the electronic registration record form of the academic credentials of the Ministry of Education printed by China Higher Education Student Academic Information Network (www.chsi.com.cn), or a copy of the China Higher Education Academic Credentials Report issued by Heilongjiang Information and Employment Guidance Center.

2. All majors in our college recruit the second degree. Students who apply for the second degree in our school will be audited online after online registration. Under special circumstances, after successful online registration and appointment, you need to bring your ID card, the original and copy of the undergraduate diploma, and the electronic registration printing form of the diploma of the Ministry of Education to the College of Continuing Education of our school for on-site confirmation.

3. Candidates should take the adult college entrance examination in the province where their household registration is located.
