China University of Science and Technology (University of Science and Technology of China), founded in September, 1958, is located in Hefei, Anhui Province, and is a comprehensive national key university directly under the China Academy of Sciences and the central government. It is a national "double-class" "2 1 1 project" and "985 project".
The school has successively been selected into the Everest Plan,11Plan, 20 1 1 Plan, the knowledge innovation project of China Academy of Sciences, the education and training plan for outstanding engineers, the national demonstration university for deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, the national graduate program for building high-level universities, and the scholarship receiving institution of China government for overseas students.
