Can college students sign labor contracts without a diploma?
Legal analysis: Yes, according to the current relevant regulations, students at school can establish labor relations with employers, that is, they can sign labor contracts. Students who have not graduated can sign labor contracts with enterprises as long as they are not prohibited by Article 15 of the Labor Law and Article 26 of the Labor Contract Law. Article 15 of the Labor Law stipulates that employers are prohibited from recruiting minors under the age of 16. Units of literature, art, sports and special arts and crafts that recruit minors under the age of 16 must go through the examination and approval procedures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and guarantee their right to receive compulsory education.
