Article 12 In order to encourage students to give full play to their specialties, individual scholarships shall be established. Individual scholarships can include social work award, cultural and sports activity award, academic competition award, scientific research achievement award, foreign language award, postgraduate entrance examination award, etc. The total amount of individual scholarships shall not be higher than 10% of the total amount of scholarships. Students participate in activities organized by national and provincial units and win prizes, mainly in the student affairs office, supplemented by colleges.
