Food Frontier is a brand-new food journal under Wiley, co-sponsored by Zhejiang University, Jiangsu University, Nanchang University, Northwest University, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University and Wiley Publishing House.

The editors are Professor Nie from Nanchang University and Professor Xiao Jianbo from Vigo University in Spain.
