School profile

The school, located in Harbin, is a university jointly established by the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province and the National Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. It has successively been selected into the "Basic Capacity Building Project in the Midwest", the national "Key Discipline Project with Characteristics", the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education, and the "National Innovation Experiment Plan for College Students" of the Ministry of Education. The overseas students in China have received scholarships from the China government, the national new engineering research and practice project, and the "double-class" in Heilongjiang Province.
