Relief standard
According to the Measures for the Administration of Student Financial Aid Funds (Cai Jiao [2065]19):
(1) The standard of tuition compensation, national student loan compensation and tuition fee remission shall not exceed 8,000 yuan per year for undergraduates and 1.2 million yuan per year for postgraduates. The part exceeding the standard shall not be compensated, compensated or reduced.
(2) The enlistment funding period is one academic year of full-time general higher education. Those who return to school or continue their studies after entering school are not included in the scope of tuition reduction. After retirement, the amount of tuition fee reduction and exemption shall be implemented according to the actual tuition fees charged by the school. The part exceeding the standard shall not be compensated, compensated or reduced.
Calculation of service life
The years of enlistment funding are calculated according to the basic study years of junior college (including higher vocational education), undergraduate, graduate and second bachelor's degree stipulated by the state. Taking the time of enlistment as the standard, you have completed the prescribed years of study before enlistment, that is, the years of tuition compensation or national student loan compensation; After dropping out of school, completing the remaining years of study is the tuition fee remission period; After retirement, freshmen admitted to colleges and universities need to study for a basic period of time, that is, the period of tuition reduction.
For students studying in junior college or master's degree system, they are enlisted in junior college or undergraduate study, in undergraduate or master's study, and in undergraduate or master's study. The admission subsidy for secondary vocational students in higher vocational colleges is calculated according to the study time in higher vocational colleges. The number of years of tuition compensation or national student loan compensation for undergraduate, postgraduate, secondary vocational and higher vocational education and second bachelor's degree graduates shall be calculated according to the study time specified in the study tasks of undergraduate, master's, higher vocational and second bachelor's degree respectively.
