Baode College of Tianjin University of Commerce was established in 2004 and is located in Tianjin. Approved by the Ministry of Education, Tianjin University of Commerce and Tianjin Morgan Education Management Consulting Co., Ltd. jointly established an independent college at the undergraduate level with a brand-new mechanism and mode. Students who have completed their studies and passed the examination will be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate, and those who meet the conditions for awarding a degree will be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate.

The college covers an area of nearly 300 mu, and the existing school building area is more than 92,000 square meters. There are 24 undergraduate majors. There are currently more than 8,000 students.
