Harbin University of Commerce is a provincial key university. Harbin University of Commerce is one of the ten key universities in Heilongjiang Province. Harbin University of Commerce, founded in 1952, is the first multidisciplinary business university in New China. Undergraduate education begins at 1958, and postgraduate education begins at 1982.
