Arrange accommodation according to freshmen's majors and classes. Dormitory conditions are standardized apartments (four rooms, separate bathrooms, balconies) and ordinary dormitories.

All dormitories are equipped with air conditioning, and students should apply for air conditioning lease agreement within one week after entering school. The deposit for each unit is 300 yuan, and the rent is 370 yuan -380 yuan/year. The school provides the basic electricity consumption quota, and students pay the excess according to the national standard electricity price.

The development of history

1980, Kaifeng Branch of Henan Normal University (now Henan University) was established, with two courses: undergraduate course and junior college course, with four years for undergraduate course and three years for junior college. History, Mathematics and Politics 1 class, 150 students are enrolled. The school is located in Kaifeng No.2 Intermediate People's Court.

198 1 year Kaifeng started its own school, enrolling 80 students in two classes of industrial enterprise management. The school is called Kaifeng Nida, which coexists with Kaifeng Branch of Henan Normal University (now Henan University).
