A college student's job-hunting process and experience sharing 1. Summary of the job-hunting process On June 5438+ 10/0, 2007, with my name solemnly signed on the tripartite agreement, my job-hunting process finally came to a successful conclusion. In the long and arduous process of these three months, I have paid a lot, experienced a lot and gained a lot. Along the way, there are too many people to thank, especially everyone who has cared and helped me in the process of finding a job. I will remember your kindness all my life. Now, the dust has settled, and when it is time to repay, the first thing to repay is the alma mater and classmates. So I decided to share my accumulated job-hunting experience with you, hoping to help those students who are ready to find a job or are still looking for a job. I will publish it online in the form of a series of articles, including seven parts, namely: job search process, preliminary preparation, resume submission, written examination, interview, signing/breaking contract, and summarizing articles. Finally, I will leave my own MSN, and welcome students who have questions to discuss with me. I hope my experience can help you. This article is a systematic summary of my job search process, a confession to myself, and a confession to all those who care about me and have helped me. I am a computer expert and a northerner. From undergraduate to graduate, I spent seven years in Tianda. Before applying for a job, after analyzing my personality characteristics and hobbies, I set myself the following job-hunting goals: overall goal: take the route of combining technology with management/business. Work locations: Beijing and Shanghai. Target industries: finance and IT industries. Target units: civil servants > banks/mobile > monopoly state-owned enterprises > excellent foreign enterprises > institutions (excluding Japanese and Korean enterprises). Target position: the combination of technology and management in IT industry and financial industry. Where can I find it? Where's the coat? Tan? It started on June 8, 2006 and officially ended on October 8, 2007, which lasted for three months. The whole process can be divided into three stages: the first stage: June, 5438+October, 2006 10. I just started looking for a job, and I didn't know anything and had no experience, so I mainly focused on Shanghai Investment, striving for more written test and interview opportunities and accumulating experience for subsequent interviews. During this period, I participated in most of the seminars in Tianda and Nanta, but there were few opportunities for real written tests and interviews. During this period, the companies I contacted mainly included Shenxie, Shanghai aspenTech, Hanlu, Schlumberger, Neusoft, Procter & Gamble, Yida and Huawei. It should be said that although I haven't written much and met many people during this period, I have accumulated a lot of valuable experience for the future. Because the article was too long, I made an attachment. Friends can come down and have a look. If you have any questions, you can comment or email: sunwei504 @126.com.
