I. Guiding ideology

Second, the principle of enrollment

1, adhere to the principle of dicing enrollment. According to the household registration and current address (legal real estate) in Taishan District, primary and secondary schools will continue to be enrolled. The school recruits students from this school district, and students go to this school district to study.

2. Adhere to the principle of free admission. Strict implementation of compulsory education enrollment system, shall not arbitrarily change the enrollment conditions, shall not be admitted through the examination or disguised examination.

3. Adhere to the principle of planned enrollment. Strictly implement the rigid enrollment plan, do what you can, and do not cut the enrollment plan. The district education bureau will use the plan issued as the basis for establishing membership. Schools that have not completed the enrollment plan during the enrollment process will be enrolled by the District Education Bureau until the plan is completed.

4. Adhere to the principle of sunshine enrollment. We will fully implement the "sunshine enrollment" in primary and secondary schools in the compulsory education stage, strengthen the publicity of enrollment information, and make the enrollment methods, enrollment plans, enrollment scope, enrollment qualifications, registration time, application materials and enrollment "seven publicity", and consciously accept social supervision.

5. Adhere to the principle of enrolling students according to law. Enrollment shall be conducted in strict accordance with the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Order No.255 of Shandong Provincial People's Government, Regulations on the Administration of Student Status of Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools in Shandong Province, Order No.2012 162 of Tai 'an Municipal People's Government and other laws, regulations and policies, and enrollment shall not be illegal.

6. Adhere to the principle of good faith enrollment. Continue to implement the parental integrity system. Those who resort to deceit in the enrollment work, once verified, will be included in the list of dishonesty in enrollment of primary and secondary schools, and the qualification for dicing admission will be cancelled. Students who meet the requirements of studying in Taicheng and Taishan District can only be arranged to study in schools with fewer students. Students who do not meet the requirements must return to their household registration, and students and parents must obey. Schools should post sample forms for parents and students, accept the supervision of the whole society, and create an honest enrollment environment. Strictly implement the system of honest and clean enrollment books for enrollment staff, and once verified, the enrollment staff who cheat in the enrollment work will be dealt with severely according to the assessment method of teachers' morality.

Third, enrollment management.

The general measures for school enrollment in Taicheng and Taishan compulsory education sections this year are:

1, organize enrollment in a unified way. The enrollment of compulsory education schools in Taicheng and Taishan District is arranged by Taishan District Education Bureau to achieve "four unifications": unified organization, unified policy, unified time and unified steps. The enrollment of compulsory education schools directly under the municipal government and above, Taishan Scenic Area and Tai 'an Hero Mountain Middle School junior high school are all included in the management of Taishan District Education Bureau, and schools within their jurisdiction should strictly implement the May 4th educational system. 2. Registration within the specified scope.
