On June 8th, 20 13, the theme of the first forum on "Religion and China's Cultural Soft Power" was "Religious Revival and Cultural Soft Power". The seminar was hosted by researcher Jin Ze, deputy director of the Institute of World Religions of China Academy of Social Sciences. Professor Fang Guanghua, President of Northwest University, Professor An Lun, Director of the Center for the Study of Globalization Civilization of Zhejiang University, Professor Zhang Qingxiong, Director of the Center for Religious and Social Studies of Fudan University, Professor Li Xiangping, Director of the Institute of Taoism and Religious Culture of Sichuan University, Professor Wei Dedong, Vice President of the Philosophy Department of Renmin University of China, and Professor Zhan Shichuang, Dean of Laozi Research Institute of Sichuan University, respectively expressed their views.

The theme of the second forum is "the religious and cultural soft power of overseas Chinese". The forum was hosted by Professor Li, President of Northwest University, Deputy Director of Philosophy Department of Peking University, Professor of Huaqiao University, Professor of History College of Fujian Normal University, Lecturer Chen Jingxi of Overseas Chinese Religious Research Center of Huaqiao University, Lecturer Liu Shouzheng of Overseas Chinese Religious Culture Research Center of Huaqiao University, and Assistant Researcher Zhong of Overseas Chinese Religious Research Center of Huaqiao University.

The theme of the third forum is "Confucian revival and religious practice". The forum consists of the director of the Institute of Ethnic Development of the Development Research Center of the State Council, Professor Fan from the Department of Sociology of Fudan University, Researcher Meng Huiying from the Institute of Ethnic Studies of China Academy of Social Sciences, Professor Liu Zeliang from the School of Humanities of Xiamen University, Associate Professor Chen from the School of Humanities of Xiamen University, Executive Director of the School of Philosophy and Social Sciences and the Center for Religious Culture Research of Lanzhou University, Lecturer Ceng Li from Yunnan University for Nationalities and Lecturer Hua Wei from the Institute of Religious Culture of Huaqiao University.
