After graduation, the files are in my own hands. What should I do?
1. Have you kept the files in your own hands since graduation?

1. If your company can be saved, put it in the company. If you have no job or the company has no right to save it. You can consult the local or workplace talent exchange center for storage. In short, you can't keep the document in your hand.

2. Legal basis: Article 6 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Archives Law.

The national archives administration department is in charge of the national archives cause, and implements overall planning, organization and coordination, unified system, supervision and guidance for the national archives cause. The archives administration department of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall be in charge of the archival undertaking within their respective administrative areas, and supervise and guide the archival work of organs, groups, enterprises, institutions and other organizations within their respective administrative areas. The people's governments of townships, nationality townships and towns shall designate personnel to be responsible for keeping the archives of their own organs, and supervise and guide the archives work of their subordinate units.

Second, what is the content of the graduation file?

1, after graduation, I found a unit that accepts accounts, and my files and accounts were transferred to my work unit. This is generally regarded as the most formal file flow, but according to statistics, this situation only accounts for about 10% of graduate files;

2, after graduation, I didn't find a unit that accepted the account. After two years of residence, the account will be returned to the original place, and the file will be stayed or transferred to the Provincial Archives Bureau;

3. To put the files and registered permanent residence in the talent market exchange center, you must first determine whether you signed a tripartite agreement when you graduated. This is an agreement signed by students, schools and work units. If you sign, the remarks column of the registration card will not be blank. At this time, the file is in the talent market where this unit is located. If you don't sign, the remarks column of the registration card will be empty, and you will return to your hometown by default. Undergraduate students play the provincial talent market, and college students play the municipal talent market. Graduates can contact the talent market by themselves and transfer the files to the past for safekeeping. If college students didn't organize their files when they graduated, their personal files have disappeared in recent years. When searching, you can find the telephone number of the archives under the relevant management department according to the whereabouts of the above files, and tell the receptionist that you can generally find the graduation school and graduation year.
