The outer courtyard is relatively safe and basically shaped. I lived there for a year last year. Many students rent houses outside, and most of them are lovers. Because there are many people working outside the field of politics and law, it is rather chaotic. If safety is the first consideration, then go outside the outer courtyard and don't live in the third street, because there are few people in that street, other streets are good, there are many places to eat and many girls, you know.
