Eleventh institutions of higher learning and provincial education administrative departments respectively publish the information of registered freshmen's school status on their respective websites for students to inquire by themselves, and inform students of the website name and website address. The information of freshmen's school status published online includes school name, name, gender, major, level, year of admission, etc. Students enter the website with their names, examinee number and ID numbers to check the registration status.
Twelfth students in school to change the relevant registration information, belonging to the name, ID number and other key information changes, by the students to provide legal proof materials, the school strictly review and modify the candidates' admission files, and reported to the provincial education administrative departments for the record.
