But each school has its own advantages and characteristics, and its majors are different. For example, the business courses of the five major universities in Hong Kong are all in the top 50 in the world, but the only undergraduate universities in China with business courses in the top 50 are Tsinghua, Peking University, Fudan University and Jiaotong University.
The Hong Kong Polytechnic University enrolls students independently and does not occupy the number of volunteers for unified recruitment. PolyU attaches great importance to school-enterprise cooperation education and requires all undergraduates to complete their internships before graduation. The purpose is to give students the opportunity to apply what they have learned in class to practical work, so as to realize the concept of paying equal attention to theory and practice.
At the same time, the scale of summer internship training at PolyU is huge.
