Regarding changing majors, can two majors be changed into one major?

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, college students can transfer to qualified majors (departments) after entering the school.

(1) Application conditions for changing majors (departments): Undergraduates who meet one of the following conditions before completing the first-year courses and entering the second-year study may apply for changing majors:

1, a student who really has a specialty in a certain subject.

2. People who can't study in the original major due to health reasons but can still study in other majors in our school;

3. Changing majors can help students study independently, participate in the selection of schools and select qualified students.

(two) one of the following circumstances can not apply for professional:

1, freshmen who have been enrolled for less than one year;

Grade 2.2 and above;

3, all kinds of training, advanced students without the consent of the entrusting unit to transfer to the professional;

4, art, sports candidates, cross-cultural, science to major;

5. Cross-college entrance examination admission batches to major;
