Beihang University is mainly engaged in rocket research.
Northwestern Polytechnical University is also first-class.
Of the above three universities, Harbin Institute of Technology majors in aerospace, and basically does not engage in aviation. The other two universities are engaged in aerospace, but they are certainly not as good as Harbin Institute of Technology in aerospace.
Others are Tsinghua, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Shanghai Jiaotong University, but they are not as good as the above three. The Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics of Tsinghua and Jiaotong University was newly established in recent years, and its major itself is not very strong. China Southern Airlines is mainly engaged in aviation teaching and research, and less involved in aerospace.
