Introduction to the Department of Architecture: The Department of Architecture of Zhejiang University is affiliated to the School of Architecture and Engineering of Zhejiang University. Its predecessor was the Civil Engineering Department of Zhejiang University. Founded in 1958, it is one of the first undergraduate architecture majors established in domestic universities after the "Old Eight Schools". The architecture major was closed once from 1963 to 1977 and 1978. 198 1 year was changed to 5 years, and 1984 set up a master's degree in building technology science. 1988+0987 On the occasion of the centenary of Zhejiang University in May, the Department of Architecture was established. 1In May, 1997, four universities, namely Zhejiang University, Hangzhou University, Zhejiang Medical University and Zhejiang Agricultural University, merged to form today's Zhejiang University.
