1, accept yourself
Love yourself and accept everything about yourself, including poor grades, insufficient efforts and even insufficient ability. Never blame yourself! Learn to be self-consistent, reconcile with yourself, be honest with yourself and you will be invincible. Don't force what you don't have. In fact, everyone is anxious, just more or less hidden and you don't know it.
2. Know yourself clearly
Be clear about your goals, understand what you want, what is important and what is not important, and what you must get. If the cause of your anxiety is simply envy, you should know that blindly following the trend will only be involved in the wave and deviate from the course and misread the scenery.
Step 3 catch up
Proper anxiety is not a bad thing, it can keep us awake, push us to work hard and keep moving forward. It's only a matter of time, don't feel inferior, give yourself some time, think less and do more, and believe that you can definitely change the status quo.
4. Discover your strengths
Everyone is unique, and you must have expertise. You need to dig it, develop it, and spend some time and energy to do it well, so that you can be confident in your bones. "I'm not as good as others in this respect, it doesn't matter, because I know I'm unparalleled in that respect." The happiness that no one can match will definitely offset the anxiety that is not as good as others.
Step 5 focus on yourself
If others behave well and you can't change anything in a short time, it has nothing to do with you at all, and you don't have to feel pressured. Instead of resisting contact, it is better to approach actively, be infected and assimilated slowly, and become the person you want to be.
6. Inner peace
Keep a "follow the fate" mentality, a little "Buddha-like", reduce sensitivity, strengthen satisfaction, always be positive and keep hope. Do your best to listen to destiny, not to be happy with things, not to be sad for yourself. The most important thing is to stay happy! Everything will be fine!
Step 7 find a way
Not the kind of plan that is specific to every hour and minute. It's the kind that I almost haven't finished writing, and I will give myself a kind of "I'm really useless" mentality. In fact, as long as the method is proper, everyone can complete their own plan. For example, on Friday night, you can make a plan to "finish the math problems in Chapter 3, review the English in Chapter 4, and then make up your accounting notes …" Remember, you must be within your ability, and your brain will give you a "reward" after you finish it, so that it will be easier to do it next time.
The above is the way I think of to deal with anxiety, I hope it will help you.
