Shan Yan was born in Zhengzhou on June 1964. 1982 to 1985, studying painting in Zhengzhou Youth Palace; 1989 graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts with a bachelor's degree; In 2004, he graduated from the postgraduate class of China Academy of Art Oil Painting Department. 1989 Up to now, he has been teaching in the Fine Arts Department of Art College of Henan University, engaged in the teaching of undergraduate and graduate students majoring in oil painting. He is currently an associate professor in the Fine Arts Department of Henan University Art College and a member of China Artists Association. Works: The graduation work "Heimahe Family" was selected for the 7th National Art Exhibition and won the Excellence Award in the 7th Zhejiang Art Exhibition.
