Born in 1964, professor, doctor. Master tutor. Dean of the College of Marine Environmental Engineering, Director of the Key Laboratory of Coastal Marine Environmental Science and Technology in Liaoning Province, Head of the Master of Agricultural Bioenvironment and Energy Engineering, and Head of the Construction of Excellent Course of Aquaculture Water Environmental Chemistry in Liaoning Province. Outstanding young backbone teachers and famous teachers in colleges and universities in Liaoning Province were selected into the "Thousand Talents Project" of Liaoning Province, and advanced individuals with three religions and nine streams, Dalian.
