Recruited freshmen retain admission qualifications: college admission notice, ID card (hukou book), high school diploma, college admission notice, ID card (hukou book) and high school diploma go to the conscription office of the people's government of the county (city, district) where they join the army, receive and fill out the Application Form for Retaining Admission Qualification in duplicate.
If the freshmen are unable to go to handle it for some reason, they can entrust others to handle it on their behalf with the above-mentioned certification materials and the client's ID card. Students who apply for retention need to get the application form from the Academic Affairs Office.
2. The recruitment office seals and confirms, and sends the form to the school.
In principle, the county-level conscription office shall, within 5 days after the handover of all recruits in the region, summarize the Application Form for Recruiting Freshmen in Colleges and Universities and affix the seal of the county-level conscription office; Send the application form for retaining admission qualification together with a copy of the notice of enlistment to the relevant college admissions department in the form of an official letter.
3. Register as a student and keep the student status.
Colleges and universities shall, after receiving a copy of the application form and the notice of enlistment, examine their admission qualifications according to law and go through the formalities of retaining their admission qualifications. Do colleges and universities mark students' personal information? Join the army? , affix the official seal on the Application Form for Retaining Admission Qualification and issue the Notice for Retaining Admission Qualification.
"Application Form for Retaining Admission Qualification" in duplicate, one kept by the school and one submitted to the county recruitment office for the record. The Notice of Retaining Admission Qualification shall be kept by the freshmen or their clients.
Step 4 resume school
Materials required for resuming school after the expiration of military service: discharge certificate (photocopy), admission certificate or retention certificate (photocopy), student ID card (photocopy). Generally, the admission procedures should be completed before September 30.
(1) Bring the application form of tuition fee remission for retired college students, export it from the recruitment network registration system and print it, and the armed forces department will review and stamp it;
(2) Carrying a Veteran's Card or a Veteran's Card after retirement;
(3) Enlisted students bring the Application Form for Retaining Admission Qualification (freshmen need to bring the admission notice of the current year) and the proof of the transfer relationship between the Party and the Youth League to the Academic Affairs Office to apply for resumption of study;
(4) After completion, report to the class counselor according to the arrangement.
