1. If you can't get the graduation certificate because you haven't completed the credits or passed the qualification examination required by some majors, you should make up the credits you owe as soon as possible or delay the completion of graduation credits to obtain the relevant qualification certificate.

2. If you can't get the diploma because of disciplinary action, you should contact the school teachers and relevant leaders as soon as possible to see if there are any remedial measures.

3. If it does not constitute a diploma for other reasons, you can report it to the Ministry of Education in time.
