Shanghai Jiaotong University:

Shanghai Jiaotong University, referred to as "Shanghai Jiaotong University", is located in Shanghai, a municipality directly under the Central Government. It is one of the oldest institutions of higher learning in China. It is directly under the Ministry of Education, co-founded with Shanghai and directly under the central government. It ranks among the national "double first-class", "985 Project" and "2 1 1 Project" key universities, and the nine-school alliance is closely linked.

The school was founded in 1896, formerly known as Nanyang Public College. It was renamed Nanyang University Hall in 19 1 year, national chiao tung university in 1929, Jiaotong University in 1949, and moved westward and divided into traffic in 1957. 1999 The former Shanghai Agricultural College merged with the former Shanghai Second Medical University in 2005.

Fudan University:

Fudan University, referred to as "Fudan", is located in Shanghai, a municipality directly under the Central Government. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and directly under the central government. It was established by the Ministry of Education and Shanghai. It is a national "double-class", "985 Project" and "21project" construction university, and was selected into the Everest Plan, Strong Foundation Plan,1/plan and 20 165438 plan. It is the top comprehensive research in China.

Fudan University, formerly known as Fudan College, was founded in 1905, and it is one of the earliest institutions of higher learning independently founded by the people in China. Shanghai Medical University, formerly the National Fourth Sun Yat-sen University Medical College founded by 1927, is the first national medical college independently founded by the people of China. In 2000, Fudan University merged with Shanghai Medical University to form the new Fudan University.
