Jingwei Liu, male, from Shouning, Fujian, 1955. 1982 graduated from the history department of Xiamen university with a bachelor's degree in history; 1985 graduated from the law department of Xiamen university with a master's degree in civil law. After graduation, he stayed in school to teach, and 1996 was promoted to professor. 1992 as a master tutor, and as a doctoral tutor since 2003. He used to be the vice president and head of the law department of Xiamen University Law School, the leader of the civil and commercial law discipline in Fujian Province, and founded and served as the editor-in-chief of Xiamen University Law Review.
