1. In the annual freshman admission notice, an application form for poverty aid will be provided. Students who need to apply can print this form and fill in the information above.
2. If you have a certificate of subsistence allowance and filing a card, you can submit a copy of the relevant materials directly to the school. If not, you can go to the village Committee or community neighborhood Committee to open a certificate and build an official seal to prove that the family's annual income is really tight and the family is in financial difficulties;
3. After issuing the certificate, you can go to the local town government with the certificate and the poverty subsidy application form and affix your official seal. After the town government issues the certificate, you can take the subsidy application form to the local civil affairs bureau to affix the official seal.
4. Bring the application materials back to the school and give them to the counselor.
Conditions for applying for university grants
1. Students have full capacity for civil conduct.
2. Students are honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, and have no violations of laws and regulations.
3. Students have good academic performance and can complete their studies normally.
4. China people are citizens of People's Republic of China (PRC) and have identity cards.
5. The funds raised due to the family's financial difficulties are not enough to pay the basic expenses of study and life during their school study, including tuition, accommodation and basic living expenses.
6. The materials needed to apply for grants mainly include: student ID card, copy of ID card/household registration book, questionnaire and application form for college students and their families verified and confirmed by the township or street civil affairs department.
