The school plans to recruit 2,437 full-time graduate students (including exemption students and special subjects) and 545 part-time graduate students. The number of students to be enrolled in each training unit and major is detailed in the catalogue of enrollment majors.

The enrollment plan published in the Catalogue of Enrollment Majors is the number of students to be enrolled, and the actual enrollment number of schools and majors will be adjusted according to the enrollment plan and students' situation issued by the Ministry of Education that year.

The enrollment plan published in the enrollment professional catalogue includes the number of students enrolled without examination and the number of special plans.

In principle, the number of applicants for the national unified examination and joint examination of each training unit shall not be less than 50% of the published full-time postgraduate enrollment plan of this unit (excluding the enrollment plans of public management, project management and competition organization), and the number of applicants for the national unified examination and joint examination of some units that receive more students shall not be less than 30% of the published full-time postgraduate enrollment plan of this unit.
