Qingcheng University in Inner Mongolia (formerly Fengzhou Vocational College in Inner Mongolia) 1983 was founded by NLD Inner Mongolia Committee, approved by the government of the autonomous region, put on record by the State Education Commission, and 1985 was listed in the sequence of national ordinary colleges and universities, which is a national unified enrollment plan. It is the earliest higher vocational college established in the autonomous region, and obtained the qualification of undergraduate education in 200 1 year.

The college is located in Hohhot University District, with its own property campus and strong teaching team. It is represented by CPPCC, a famous professor of economics, a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and vice chairman of the autonomous region, and Xu Bainian, chairman of the NLD Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Committee, who enjoys the special allowance of the State Council and the title of expert with outstanding contributions in the autonomous region.
