College students are not allowed to join the party in the village Committee. Those who apply to join the Party shall apply to the Party organization of the unit where they work and study. If there is no work or study unit or a party organization has not been established in the work or study unit, an application for joining the party shall be submitted to the party organization in the place of residence. Migrant workers should apply to the party organization of their unit. Where there is no party organization in the unit, an application may be made to the party organization in the unit or the party organization in charge, or to the mobile party organization in party member.
