If you can't take the physical fitness test normally due to physical reasons, you can apply for an extension or exemption. The exemption certificate of physical fitness test must be issued by a local third-class first-class hospital. Take your ID card and go to the relevant clinic for diagnosis. After diagnosis, it is really impossible to take part in the physical fitness test, and the tester shall fill out the Application Form for Exemption from the National Student Physical Health Standard.
