A caring mother who cares for students.

In the eyes of students, Song Zhenqing is like a beloved mother. Her sincere care and love, like a clear spring, irrigates the healthy growth of students.

Once upon a time, every Friday afternoon, people passing by Song Zhenqing's office would see her talking to a student. That is, freshmen do not adapt to college life and have serious psychological problems. Song Zhenqing persuaded and enlightened him in time with other responsible teachers when he was most confused and desperate. Under the motherly care of Song Zhenqing, the student corrected his attitude towards life, studied with peace of mind, walked out of the trough and walked towards the sunshine.

In addition to adapting to college life, helping students with employment difficulties has also become Song Zhenqing's task. A postdoctoral graduate, disheartened and depressed because he couldn't find an ideal job in those years, came to talk to Song Zhenqing. Song Zhenqing patiently enlightened, analyzed the employment situation for her, tried his best to recommend it to the employer, and finally helped her find a professional counterpart job in Beijing.

A young teacher in the college still clearly remembers that Song Zhenqing took him to the hospital late at night when he was on a business trip. The teacher suddenly fell ill at that time. Song Zhenqing and other teachers immediately sent him to the hospital. After arranging hospitalization, they stayed at his bedside, encouraging and comforting him until his condition eased.

In the eyes of retired teachers, Song Zhenqing, like his relatives, always greets, visits and cares. Song Zhenqing personally visits the homes of retired faculty members with family difficulties or poor health every year, so that they can feel the care of the organization.

Last year, a retired teacher had terminal cancer, so it was difficult to register in the hospital. Song Zhenqing took the case, took a teacher of the Party Committee, went to the cancer hospital early in the morning to register, consulted experts, and then informed the patient's family of the doctor's advice. It was already evening when he came home from work. This kind of thing has become commonplace for Song Zhenqing, and the teachers and family members who have been helped have always been grateful.

Teachers with difficulties in life often get help from Song Zhenqing. A paraplegic teacher retired early, with low salary, poor family conditions and high medical expenses. After understanding the situation, Song Zhenqing reported to the relevant departments of the school and helped the teacher apply for some subsidies, which eased his life pressure.
