The relationship between college graduates and league organizations is transferred to your work unit. After graduating from college, the Communist Youth League organizational relationship can be transferred from the school to the talent exchange center where the work unit or unit is located. Group relations and personal files can be transferred to local talent exchange centers, neighborhood committees and other grassroots organizations.

Promotion of league membership card

Members are free to leave the alliance. If members want to leave the League, they should submit a written report to the branch committee, which will decide to remove them and report them to the superior committee for the record. For six consecutive months, members who do not pay the tour fee, participate in the organization and life of the group, or do not do the work assigned by the group organization for six consecutive months without justifiable reasons are deemed to have left the group on their own. If a member leaves the League voluntarily, the general meeting of the branch will decide to remove his name and report it to the superior committee for approval.

The organizations and members of the group shall manage and use the membership card in accordance with the regulations. The membership card includes the dark green cover symbolizing youth and vigorous youth movement, the natural situation of the members, the registration of the group membership, the transfer of the organization relationship of the group, the honor record of the members, the over-age departure from the group, remarks and a tour fee collection card.
