Chapter 1 General situation of the college
Article 1 The School of Information Engineering of Hangzhou Dianzi University is one of the first independent colleges approved by Zhejiang Provincial People's Government 1999. It is a full-time undergraduate college sponsored by Hangzhou Dianzi University and approved by the Ministry of Education.
Article 2 With the approval of the Ministry of Education, the College has the qualification of higher education enrollment. For those who complete their studies, the college will issue the undergraduate diploma of Information Engineering College of Hangzhou Dianzi University, which is unified and standardized by the Ministry of Education. For those who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees, the College will award bachelor's degrees according to the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Academic Degrees and the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.
Article 3 The College is an institution of higher learning with outstanding electronic information characteristics and obvious advantages in economic management, where engineering, economics, management, science and literature permeate each other and develop harmoniously. The college has good teaching conditions, strong teachers, excellent style of study and steadily improved teaching quality.
Article 4 The College now has three campuses: Wen Yi (located in Wen Yi Road, Xihu District, Hangzhou), Dongyue (located in Dalongju House, Xihu District, Hangzhou) and Xiasha (located in Xiasha Higher Education Park, Hangzhou).

Article 5 In 2009, the College enrolled 2,450 undergraduates in Zhejiang, Beijing, Shandong, Jiangsu and Sichuan provinces (subject to the enrollment plan announced by the provincial education authorities).

Article 6 The enrollment work of colleges and universities strictly abides by the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial enrollment departments, implements the "sunshine project", strictly implements the "six openness" and "six prohibition", and adheres to the principles of comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation, fairness and justice, and merit-based admission.
Article 7 A college shall not admit candidates who fail the ideological, political and moral assessment.
Article 8 Candidates' physical health requirements refer to the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities. Where the physical examination of candidates meets the clause of "the school can refuse admission", the college will implement "no admission".
Article 9 There is no limit to the proportion of male and female students admitted to the college.
Article 10 According to the situation of students provided by the provincial admissions department, the college will determine the proportion of file transfer.
Article 11 The college recognizes the bonus policy of the provincial admissions department and enrolls students in accordance with the prescribed bonus items.
Twelfth candidates to enter the file for professional arrangements, according to the method of grading professional achievements, from high to low. Poor professional level: 3 points between the first and second professional volunteers, 1 point between the second and third professional volunteers, and no grade difference between the third and sixth professional volunteers.
