Common sense of heatstroke prevention in military training
In September, another freshman stepped into the garden-like campus of Henan University, and the first compulsory course after admission was military training. However, due to the sultry weather and strong training intensity, freshmen who have rested for the whole summer are often caught off guard, and various diseases take advantage of it at this time. So pay attention to your health care. How to prevent diseases from endangering everyone's health? Note the following points: 1. Heatstroke: high temperature will consume a lot of body fluids, so it is necessary to replenish water in time to prevent heatstroke. It is best to drink a small amount of water many times; Drink more salty and cold drinks or mung bean soup when sweating, and drink less frozen drinks. Don't panic in case of heatstroke. First of all, stop training, quickly get rid of the high-heat environment, move to a well-ventilated shade, unbutton your clothes, let the patient lie flat, apply a cold towel to his head, and give him a cold drink. If the symptoms are relieved, you can return to the team for training. If the symptoms are not relieved, they should be sent to the school hospital for treatment in time. 2, cold: hot weather plus a lot of exercise training, sweating makes people consume a lot of energy, the body's resistance will decline; Some students returned to the dormitory after training, and immediately took a bath with cold water before the sweat was dry. At this time, it is easy to catch a cold. Don't take off your clothes immediately during military training, especially after strenuous exercise, in case you catch a cold. A cold is not a minor illness. If you feel unwell, go to the school hospital as soon as possible. 3, diarrhea: food is infected by bacteria or improper eating; Southern students first came to the north because of the change of eating habits; Especially drinking cold drinks immediately after training will cause diarrhea. Students should pay attention to daily food hygiene, especially light diet, eat more foods rich in protein, vitamin B and vitamin C, and see a doctor immediately if they have loose bowels, so as not to delay treatment. 4. Tissue injury: In training, muscle tissue strain and sprain can be handled in two steps. Cold treatment and cold compress can be given within 24 hours, that is, the affected area can be applied with a cold towel, or the affected area can be directly soaked with cold water intermittently to contract the subcutaneous capillaries of the affected area. Do not rub the affected area hard, so as not to aggravate the condition; After 24 hours, hyperthermia was performed, and the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis was adopted, and the affected area was raised to maintain good blood circulation. Military training can insist on self-massage to eliminate fatigue. After intensive training, muscle aches and physical fatigue are normal. As long as the students insist on daily massage, it can be alleviated. The method is: after washing your feet with hot water (it is best to soak them for a while), sit on the bed and rub your feet for 5- 10 minutes to promote blood circulation throughout the body, relax your muscles, feel relaxed all over, and relieve the fatigue of a day's training. Trauma: sprain and skin abrasion go to the school hospital for cleaning, dressing and treatment. 6. Boiling water scald: If there is no injury after being scalded by boiling water, the best way is to immediately rinse the affected area with cold water for a long time to reduce the degree of scald and prevent the injury from penetrating into deep tissues, and then seek medical treatment. 7, cramps: generally appear calf cramps, first put the cramped calf flat, pull the soles of the feet to tie the tendons until no more cramps. Massage with wine after 24 hours. 8. Foot blisters: disinfect with alcohol, prick two holes with a needle (one hole has the defect of incomplete bubble liquid outflow), and squeeze out the water. If the ulcer surface is not large, let it recover naturally. If the ulcer surface is large, it needs gauze dressing. If some students have the above symptoms during military training, they should seek medical advice in time.
