The photo upload format is incorrect. Many students adopt the ID card photo format because the format does not meet the requirements (the background color is blue, bareheaded, and the head size refers to the ID card or passport requirements). The specific steps are as follows:

Check whether the photo size and format meet the registration requirements. Many registrations require that the registered photos be about 20KB in size. If the photo we upload is too large, the upload will fail. At the same time, the uploaded photo format should be saved as JPG or JPEG. If you save it as PNG, the upload will also fail. Select the right-click view property of the photo to see the details of the photo, and you can see that the size and format of the photo are not up to the requirements.

Open PS, then import photos that do not meet the requirements, click the picture tool in the toolbar, and select the picture size.

In the dialog box that appears, select the "Adjust to" column as custom, and then set the aspect ratio to the ratio of our one-inch photo, as shown in the figure. After setting, you can see that the photo size has changed, and then click OK.

After modifying the size, click Save As under the file, and in the dialog box that appears, change the saved photo type to JPEG format. Pay attention to click Save.

Right-click the modified photo to view the properties, and you can see that the format and size have been modified to meet the requirements, then open the photo review processing tool we downloaded from the registration website, and open our modified photo, and you can see the words approved, which proves that this photo can be used, and then upload it to the registration website.
