Four. Preparations for the establishment process

Led by the Federation of Student Associations, according to the requirements of the Articles of Association of the Federation of Associations of Kunming University of Science and Technology, the relevant materials for the establishment of this association were drafted, and the examination and approval procedures for the establishment of associations in Zhi Zhi were completed. This work has now been completed.

2. On June 6th, 2006 (165438+1October 6th-65438+May), the school student union and the school association federation registered their members within the organization.

(1) The Federation of Students' Union of our school is responsible for making the poster of the establishment of the Zhi Zhi Association and posting it on the third campus. The content of the poster is mainly about the purpose, purpose and main activity arrangement of the Zhi Zhi Society, so as to expand publicity.

(2) Students' Union and school associations recruit members from cadres at or above the deputy ministerial level (deputy director of the center and vice president of the association) within the organization scope, and after statistical summary, report the basic information of student cadres who are willing to become members of the association (only fill in the membership registration form and do not interview) to the Bailong Campus Office of the Youth League Committee.

(3) The third campus branch of the Alumni Association is responsible for setting up points in places where students are concentrated, such as canteens and dormitory areas, recruiting members for the whole school, and interviewing students who sign up for the association. After the interview, they will formally become members of this association by filling in the membership registration form.
