The school has 0/28 faculty members, including 69 full-time teachers, all of whom have bachelor degree or above, and 25 full-time teachers with senior titles (associate professors and senior engineers). It has a relatively stable part-time teacher team of more than 50 people, composed of experts, professors and professional and technical backbones from ordinary universities, scientific research and design units and large-scale construction units.
