The School of Foreign Languages of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications was established in April 2000. It consists of English Department, Japanese Department, Translation Department, College English Teaching Department I, College English Teaching Department II, Postgraduate English Teaching Department, Foreign Language Teaching Experimental Center and Reference Room. The foreign language teaching experimental center has 13 professional laboratory and language autonomous learning center laboratory. The college also has three school-level scientific research institutions: Institute of Foreign Linguistics, Institute of Foreign Literature and Culture, and Institute of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Translation and Language Service.
