The second is the difference between disciplines and majors. Among the existing thirteen disciplines, universities need to have more than three disciplines as the main disciplines, and each college should offer no less than three majors. Vocational universities only need to have more than one subject as the main subject.
The third is the difference in teachers. Colleges and universities require more than 50% teachers to have a postgraduate degree or above, of which 20% have a doctoral degree, and the title of full professor is not less than 100, while teachers with a postgraduate degree or above in vocational colleges are not less than 30%.
