Lu Guoqing: Male, born in April 1965, Han nationality, graduated from Nanjing University majoring in industrial economics, doctoral student, master tutor, senior economist, registered securities investment consulting qualification, associate professor of Hunan University, director of Hunan University Venture Capital Research Institute. Comrade Lu Guoqing published a monograph "On Declining Industries", which is the first scholar in China to systematically study industrial innovation and enterprise regeneration. He has been engaged in the research of industrial economy and capital market for a long time, and has undertaken many key scientific research projects such as Research on Innovation Performance and Supporting Policies of Strategic Emerging Industries in Hunan, Research on Chinese Industrial Innovation, and Research on Innovation Mechanism of Declining Industries from the Perspective of Globalization. He published the monograph "On Declining Industries" (supported by excellent works of Nanjing University), and was the first scholar in China to systematically study industrial innovation and regeneration of declining industries. Completed 8 provincial and ministerial level projects, won 2 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards and 2 provincial and ministerial level outstanding achievement awards (won the first prize of outstanding achievements in the 11th Jiangsu Philosophy and Social Sciences (20 1 1)). Published more than 50 papers/kloc-0 in authoritative journals, and won excellent doctoral dissertations from Jiangsu Province and Nanjing University respectively.
