Article 1 Students' Practical Self-evaluation
Social practice is an important way for college students to integrate theory with practice, and it is also an important process for college students to accumulate social experience in advance. Therefore, for college students, summer vacation is a time for social practice, and this internship gives us an important opportunity to know the society, understand the society and improve our self-ability. At the beginning of the summer vacation, I went to an internship in a xx store. In just one month, I realized a lot of things that I couldn't learn in college classes, and I had mixed feelings. Looking back on the one-month internship, I was filled with excitement and infinite emotion. These things will benefit me for life.
During my work, I witnessed the benefits brought by the policy of home appliances going to the countryside to the people, and fully felt the great significance of home appliances going to the countryside to stimulate domestic demand and promote national consumption. The "trade-in" policy of home appliances to the countryside has been supported and appreciated by farmers. To some extent, "trade-in" is not only a kind of welfare, but also an innovation and a country's rural construction, which also plays a necessary role in promoting the development of a "harmonious society".
This social practice has benefited me a lot. Social practice has deepened my feelings with people from all walks of life, narrowed the distance between me and society, broadened my horizons and increased my social practice ability. Society is a big classroom for learning and education. Some basic knowledge learned in school is far from enough. In this practice, I understand that I still have a lot to learn and there is still a long way to go in the future. I can't just be satisfied with the status quo. I must go forward bravely and have full enthusiasm and redouble my efforts in any position. Although the economic reward of this summer practice is meager, the spiritual food I have harvested is very rich. Because it made me initially realize that no matter how high a person's education is and how strong his ability is, he can't do without a solid, diligent and open-minded foundation in social activities that reflect his self-worth.
In the future study activities, I must keep in mind the hard-working spirit I learned this time, correct my learning attitude, strengthen my practice on the basis of learning knowledge, and strive to improve myself while constantly absorbing new knowledge and new ideas, so as to improve my thoughts and experience. Encourage yourself to be a professional and useful person and become the pillar of the motherland.
Article 2 Students' Practical Self-evaluation
This summer vacation, I participated in social practice under the call of the school, walked into the society and learned about the society. Later, I did social practice in xx Department of xx Company. Although the time is not long, and it has little to do with my major, I believe that the correct attitude of being responsible, earnest and open-minded is the first quality in any profession, which is exactly the valuable experience I learned in this unforgettable summer internship. I believe that these rare experiences will definitely become a booster for my future study and work. The following is my personal self-evaluation. As soon as I stepped into the office, I saw some strange faces. I greeted them with a smile. From that day on, I got into the habit of smiling and saying "good morning" or "good morning" when I see them every morning. This is my sincere greeting. I always feel that there are often some subtle things that are easily overlooked by us, such as a gentle greeting, which expresses concern for colleagues and friends and makes others feel valued and concerned. So, I'm afraid being "invisible" has never happened. My colleagues regard me as a friend and are willing to assign me a job.
I didn't practice in xx department for a long time, mainly doing some paperwork. I don't know exactly what I learned, but one thing is certain. What I came into contact with in xx Company is very practical, unlike the theoretical abstraction of textbook knowledge, which requires you to have practical operation ability very much.
At first, I always thought it was some simple and unremarkable works, but after doing it for a while, I found that these works are simple but important. There can be no mistakes. Never underestimate them, because they are simple. We must complete every link carefully. This kind of "speaking like a book" work undoubtedly has a great exercise effect on the professional knowledge of journalism I have learned.
In addition, it is the first time for me to try to participate in the activity planning of xx department and learn to write the activity planning book for the first time, only to find that the original small activity planning book should be comprehensive and feasible, and it needs careful consideration. Finally, through my own efforts, the activity plan I participated in planning has been submitted and passed. These experiences have broadened my horizons and enriched my knowledge.

X months of social practice ended in a blink of an eye. How time flies. There is a feeling that we just started our internship yesterday, but in fact we have been here for X months. Don't blend in slowly from the novelty for the first time to the present. In social practice, we should combine the theoretical knowledge we have learned with clinical practice and take the' first step' towards clinical practice; What I have learned in social practice has benefited me a lot and will be useful for life. The following is my self-evaluation of my performance during my social practice: according to the requirements and regulations of schools and hospitals, I went to the departments of internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, hand-running, emergency, ENT, dermatology and traditional Chinese medicine for social practice. During the period of social practice, I will strictly abide by the rules and regulations of hospitals and hospital departments, abide by the law, respect teachers, unite colleagues, be strict with myself, arrive at the department early, don't leave early, don't be absent from work, and don't leave without leave. Careful care of patients, affable, often recognized by colleagues in the department and praised by patients. I try to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience. In the process of social practice, I constantly sum up my learning methods and clinical experience, and strive to cultivate my ability to think independently, solve problems independently and work independently. Social practice has also cultivated my lofty concept of serving the people wholeheartedly and the professional quality that medical workers must have. After social practice, I have mastered all medical documents such as course records, medical history writing, consultation records and discharge records. Master the characteristics of clinical departments and the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequent patients in various departments; Master the normal values and clinical significance of common examinations and the first aid treatment of various dangerous, serious and urgent patients. The learning tasks of all departments were completed well, and no medical errors and accidents occurred.
Social practice is over, and I am very satisfied with my performance during social practice. I combine the theoretical knowledge I learned in school with clinical practice well, which makes me full of confidence in my future medical work. I will definitely become a qualified clinician in the future to better relieve patients' troubles.
Article 4 Students' Practical Self-evaluation
This is my first social practice since I entered the university. I gained a lot from myself in the whole process. I remember I hesitated for a long time at first, but I finally chose to participate in the social practice activities of the school team. As a result, I got social experience that I didn't have before, and I also understood a lot. We made full preparations before the activity, and the design of the questionnaire was discussed continuously for several days. Finally, the questions and answers of all members are discussed and optimized to form a questionnaire. In fact, I thought it was a waste of time to spend so much time discussing the questionnaire, but I suddenly found it necessary to discuss the questionnaire seriously during the investigation, because there were many questions that residents did not understand. So from this process, I understand that everything should be taken seriously and thought seriously.
We started our operation on July 6th. When we came to garden club Neighborhood Committee, community cadres warmly received us and arranged personnel to lead us. In the scorching sun, our family conducted a questionnaire survey next to each other. I remember the first one was old party member. He not only warmly received us, but also helped us to fill in the questionnaire, which truly reflected the problems of environmental sanitation in the community. He also wants us to convey relevant issues to the superior leaders. In the next few days, residents enthusiastically helped us complete the questionnaire. Children and old people are so approachable. However, I have also encountered situations where I was ignored. The man motioned me to walk away without looking. It looked arrogant, but I walked away and asked for it. In fact, society is like this, so we should learn to adapt slowly. It may be that others are busy or in a bad mood, so learn to look at the problem from others' point of view, don't look at this world full of complaints and dissatisfaction, and have a peaceful attitude to deal with the problem. Compared with staying at school all day, what we get is how to get along with our peers. We can meet all kinds of people when we leave school. At this time, we should learn to get along with these people, so as to integrate into this society more easily.
After two days of hard work, we finally completed the questionnaire survey. Anyway, we have collected a lot of real situations and problems, and we have a great sense of accomplishment. During the whole activity, I was responsible for reporting the safety status and activity progress of the team members to the college. I did it every day and felt the benefits of participating in this activity.
Chapter V Students' Practical Self-evaluation
Every practice is always accompanied by efforts and gains. For college students, social practice is the way for us to get in touch with society at this stage. This shows the importance of practice to us. Without exception, in this summer vacation, I volunteered to participate in practical activities. I am glad that the hospital leaders have also provided me with this rare opportunity. This time my destination is a health clinic in the community. So a two-week internship began. The work of community outpatient service is trivial and complicated, including not only the general outpatient service, but also the chronic management and follow-up of the community and the weekly community open day. My other job is to record residents' family health records. Perhaps I am in the forefront of the country in this xx province, and the perfection of resident records is relatively high in both software and hardware.
I have a cursory look at the files, from name, illness, age, to exercise, salt consumption, smoking and drinking history and so on. They are classified without confusion. Nowadays, it is a meaningful process to input files into computers. Usually, thick paper files become invisible digital codes. For example, when a resident comes to see a doctor, we can directly call up the files related to him to avoid wasting time asking about his medical history and personal situation, avoiding possible mistakes caused by his forgetfulness or the negligence of our medical staff, and also putting forward relevant precautions according to his personal habits.
The management of chronic diseases is a part of residents' health records, and hypertension is divided into three levels: primary, moderate and high risk. For high-risk patients, our treatment method is to go to the door every month, take blood pressure and ask about the condition. During my internship, I also went to several residents' homes according to the doctor's arrangement. After taking their blood pressure, I chatted with them for a while. I found that some elderly children were not around. As soon as they saw me, they clung to me and poured bitter water on me, and I chose to listen patiently.
Two weeks of practice time is too short for me, and I suddenly feel a little reluctant to go. Practical activities give us college students the opportunity to learn more about society and cultivate their ability to adapt to society and learning skills. I will cherish every opportunity to practice and cherish this hard-won opportunity. I hope that our college students will have more and broader space to display their talents in the future.
