Legal basis: Article 4 of the Operating Measures for Housing Rental Subsidies for College Graduates in Nanjing. If the application for housing rental subsidy is approved, there is no need to apply again during the renewal period. Those who meet the subsidy conditions will be paid monthly and quarterly.
During the renewal period, the applicant's employment and entrepreneurial unit remains the same, but if the lease contract is changed as follows, the relevant information shall be changed through the original declaration system in time, and the relevant lease materials submitted for the change shall be uploaded:
(1) The address of the leased house is changed, and a new house lease contract is signed.
(two) the lease contract expires and the lease contract is renewed. Article 5 In any of the following circumstances, the applicant shall reapply for subsidies:
(1) Termination and rescission of the applicant's labor contract.
(2) The applicant's entrepreneurial entity went bankrupt and was cancelled according to law.
(three) the applicant's application for housing rental subsidies has not passed the examination, or does not meet the subsidy conditions during the renewal period.
In the above situation, if the first application is approved, the academic qualifications, degree certificates (or senior professional qualification certificates or above), foreign academic degree certificates and other materials will no longer be reviewed.
