In terms of employment, Jiangsu University's machinery is good, and Jiangsu and Zhejiang coastal manufacturing industries are relatively developed. Jiangda Machinery generally works in automobile enterprises, such as Jianghuai, Changfa, Jinlong, Geely, Chang 'an, Dongfeng, Sinotruk, Xugong and Xichai. All of them have cooperative relations with Jiangsu University. Jiangsu University recruits many mechanical students every year.

As far as teachers are concerned, Jiangsu University 1978 became the first batch of national priorities, and the capital was mechanical specialty. Machinery manufacturing and its automation are national priorities.

Facilities: School of Mechanical Engineering of Jiangsu University is the largest investment school of Jiangda, and Jiangda Industrial Center is affiliated to the School of Mechanical Engineering.
