Fresh graduates who need to apply for an extension of the exam at the talent exchange meeting should show relevant certificates. With the consent of the college (department) and the approval of the Academic Affairs Office, you can apply for an extension of the examination in the examination course two days before the talent exchange meeting and two days after the meeting. Fresh graduates can only apply for a course extension exam on the grounds of participating in the talent exchange meeting.
Students who are unable to take the exam due to illness must fill in an application for postponing the exam before the exam (with the sick leave certificate from the Fifth Hospital of CUHK or the third-class first-class hospital in Zhuhai, and they must be too ill to take the exam), and the exam can be postponed only after the consent of the hospital (department) and the approval of the Academic Affairs Office. Anyone who is too late to apply in advance due to acute illness should ask for leave from the relevant person in charge of the college in time and apply for an extension of the exam the day after the end of the exam with the certificate of emergency sick leave. If a student's immediate family member dies, he should fill in an application for extension before the exam, and the extension can only be made with the consent of the college and the approval of the Academic Affairs Office.
