1, xinzhou teachers university was founded in 1958. It is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education and headed by the Shanxi Provincial Government. It is the only ordinary undergraduate college in Xinzhou City, one of the three undergraduate normal colleges in our province, and the first batch of national-level "innovative experimental zones of talent training mode" determined by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance, and was awarded the honorary title of "two basics" advanced unit by the State Council.

Xinzhou Vocational and Technical College is a full-time comprehensive public higher vocational and technical college approved by the Shanxi Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The college is located in Xinzhou Economic Development Zone, with a total campus area of 485 mu, more than 600 faculty members and nearly 10,000 students.
